Submerge is our annual kid’s conference for kids Kindergarten-6th grade. This is a three-day event geared toward creating a fun and exciting environment for kids to learn more about Jesus on their level.

Your child will experience live teachings, worship, games, crafts, outdoor activities, and small group classroom time- all tying into a main theme for the week. For additional information, you can contact our Kids Minister, Michelle, at michelle@c3church.com

Submerge 2018 FAQ

Submerge is for children in Kindergarten through 6th grade during the 2017-18 school year. This means it is for children who just completed Kindergarten through 6th grade at the time of Submerge.
Submerge begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m.
You can drop your child off in the MPC as early as 8:30 a.m. All children must be picked up at 4 p.m. Please keep in mind, that for both drop off and pick up, you will need to park and come inside. In the mornings your children must be checked in by an adult. This person will receive a pick-up tag that will be used in the afternoon for pick up. At pick up, you must show the tag with the matching number to your child’s tag. We do this to ensure the safety of our children. No child​ can be picked up without the adult first presenting the pick-up tag.
If you lose your pick-up tag simply visit our C3 Kids First Touch kiosk in the MPC lobby. There you will need to show a picture ID where they will match the information to your child’s account and reprint your pick-up tag.
Yes, we require​ that anyone dropping off or picking up a child be 18 years or older. If the person dropping off the child is different from the person picking up the child, simply let the First Touch Host checking them in know. They will have you fill out a short form with the specifics of the pick up and will keep your pick-up tag for that person. When they arrive that afternoon they can visit the kiosk in the MPC lobby to pick up their tag. Please be aware that they will be required​ to show picture ID to receive the pick-up tag.
That person will visit the kiosk in the MPC lobby. We will call the parent’s number associated with the child’s registration card to verify the pick up. This person will need to show picture ID in order to receive a tag.
Tuesday Lunch: ​Hot dogs, chips, apples slices, lemonade and water. Snack: ​Graham crackers, icing, fruit by the foot and sprinkles.
Lunch: ​Chick-Fil-A nuggets, chips, apple slices, lemonade and water. Snack: ​Pretzel rods, icing and mini chocolate chips.
Lunch: ​Cheese pizza, apple slices, lemonade and water. Snack: ​Goldfish (there will be an additional snack served during our activity time, however, it is TBD what that will be).

How can I sign up to serve at Submerge?

We would love to have you serve at our Submerge Kids Conference! For the safety of our
kids we ask that you currently attend our church regularly and fill out a background
check that we will send you. You can start by registering to serve.
