Creative & Technical Arts Ministry Assistant

Reports to: Creative Arts Minister
Compensation: Full time, Hourly

Primary Purpose

The Creative & Technical Arts Ministry Assistant will support the day to day activities of the Creative & Technical Arts Ministry. Creating processes & systems to support Creative & Technical Arts will be paramount. She/he will oversee the Creative & Technical Arts Ministry calendar, administrate communications activities, manage prompt and efficient internal and external communications, steward the backstage and green room inventory & environments, support budget development/compliance efforts and effectively interact with all staff and high-level leaders to advance the vision of C3 Church.

Primary Responsibilities

● Create processes & systems that help the Creative & Technical Arts care for people, financial, and material resources
● Possess a hands on work together mentality with the Creative & Technical Arts teams
● Consult with administration, department managers and peers with more experience to develop best practices for Creative & Technical Arts Department
● Provide weekly progress updates and status reports
● Assist with the development and maintenance of a sustainable Creative & Technical Arts Ministry budget
● Work closely with leadership to effectively achieve the goals of the Creative & Technical Arts Ministry
● Help organize, schedule, and attend regular training sessions for the Dream Team
● Facilitate the scheduling & communication of Creative & Technical Arts activities from their inception through to completion
● Communicate effectively across multiple platforms and throughout all areas within and outside of C3 Church

● Proficiency with Apple iOS, Apple mail, iCal, iMessage, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Google calendar, Microsoft Office and Planning Center Online

● 3-5 years managing a fast-paced, high-volume customer service and/or ministry environment. Communications experience is a plus.
