Words Can’t Describe

This morning we had our first service in our new building! There aren’t enough words to describe the emotion I was feeling as I drove onto the campus for the first service this morning… I will try to find a few… excited, nervous, and pumped up. So many have asked me, “Was it all that you expected?” and my response is that it was ”far beyond was I was expecting!” I am overwhelmed by the goodness and favor of God. I believe I cried through most of the first service. I think we were all blown away to see all of the new seats filled up and all of the parking spaces filled… And to think, this is just the beginning. My prayer is that as we celebrate Christmas and begin the New Year that we will keep our eyes on Jesus and remember that it’s ALL about Him.

By the way, the media was there today and NBC17 News featured our church on the 6pm news today… If you live in the Raleigh, NC area it should also run possibly tomorrow morning on the 5 and 6am news… You can also check it online at nbc17.com and click on webcast. I want to thank the C3 Staff, and all of the C3 family for all of your hard work and servants’ heart. You Rock!

What an amazing time of worship. I am so blessed to be a part of the C3 Family and I look forward to what God has planned for 2008. We truly serve an Ephesians 3:20 God – He is able to do immeasureably more than all we ask or imagine!

It was an amazing Sunday and I was overwhelmed by the goodness of God. It truly was a miracle! Thanks again for your leadership and vision. May God bless you and your family this week. Have a Merry Christmas!

  • I am so excited for you guys. I wish I could have been there on Sunday. I remember ever single dessert meeting and Dream meeting and I know that God is honoring all of the sacrifice by the C3 staff and all it’s members. Now it’s time to turn on the jets and reach even more people for Jesus.
    Love you guys!

  • Chad and I were thinking about and praying for you and C3 over the weekend. What an amazing event- wish we were there to share in the special moments…Glad we got to give towards the Dream over the past years, give chairs, and support you guys- it’s been a privilege to give toward the vision God has instilled in you and we are who we’ve become today because of your influence and ministry of C3. Love ya’ll!

Congrats on the new building. What is really cool is that we had our first service in our new building on Dec 23rd as well. I am hoping to come down to your church sometime for a look. I think our congregation could learn a lot from all of the great things happening at C3.
