I wonder how many people said, “After the first of the year I’m detoxing!” Or I’m going to eat different, or I’m starting a new diet…….. Or said something to effect that their eating was going to change. I know I did.

And yet people get stuck on what should I change or they don’t see results in two days and so they go back to their old ways.

Here is something you can do and it will be a healthy change even if you don’t change your diet at all.

Add one Green Smoothie a day or at least every other day and you will be doing something good for your health.

Green Smoothies are great to incorporate if you are doing a Daniel’s Fast or a liquid fast for a week or 21 days or any period of time.

Here’s how I make mine:

2 cups of liquid. I use 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup water.
2 packed cups of greens. I alternate between spinach and kale and sometimes I mix them.
3 cups of fruit. You can do 2 cups frozen berries 1 banana and 1 apple. Whatever you like.
1 scoop GSG Protein, any flavor.
1 scoop GSG Triomega or sprouted flaxseed.

In a high speed blender, blend liquid and greens for 30 seconds or until smooth. Add fruit, protein, and flaxseed and blend until smooth. Then drink or it will keep up to 48 hours in the refridgerator.
