More or Less

As I reflected on Pastor Greg’s message on more and less from this weekend, I was thinking about more or less in our health. We need MORE healthy choices than we do LESS healthy choices. Why? Not so we can have some kind of great body that we can flaunt in front of the opposite sex, but so we can live life to the fullest. To live an abundant life you have to have energy, stamina, clear thoughts, health, and the list goes on. So what is something you can do MORE of to start making healthy choices?

*   Drink MORE water. You should be drinking half of your body weight in ounces.

*   Eat MORE raw foods. Green smoothies are a great way to start getting more raw foods in your diet.

*   Exercise MORE. (This for those who are doing less)

*   Get MORE sleep.

What is one thing you could start doing MORE of to improve you health?

Wednesday night, July 16 at 6:30 Janet Floars and I are teaching a class on health at C3 Church in the worship center. We will be talking about what are some things you could do MORE of to improve your health. Everybody is invited to come.

God has a destiny for all of us and many people don’t live out their destiny because of bad health. So today start with one thing. What is one healthy thing you could start doing MORE of to improve your health?
