Monday Morning Recap

This weekend was our Imagine Commitment Weekend at C3! It was one of those weekends that we will always remember – God did exceedingly more than we could have planned or imagined! If you weren’t here this weekend, but want to be part of Imagine, there’s still time to commit! You can bring your commitment next weekend at our Imagine Celebration Weekend!

If you missed this weekend’s message, I encourage you to watch it here and listen to it here. Also,if you were not at C3 this weekend, or if you would like to give, you can give online by clicking here.

Joshua 4:4-7,  So Joshua called together the twelve men he had chosen—one from each of the tribes of Israel.  He told them, “Go into the middle of the Jordan, in front of the Ark of the LORD your God. Each of you must pick up one stone and carry it out on your shoulder—twelve stones in all, one for each of the twelve tribes of Israel.  We will use these stones to build a memorial. In the future your children will ask you, ‘What do these stones mean?’  Then you can tell them, ‘They remind us that the Jordan River stopped flowing when the Ark of the LORD’s Covenant went across.’ These stones will stand as a memorial among the people of Israel forever.”(NLT)

Joshua 4:21-24, “Then Joshua said to the Israelites, “In the future your children will ask, ‘What do these stones mean?’  Then you can tell them, ‘This is where the Israelites crossed the Jordan on dry ground.’  For the LORD your God dried up the river right before your eyes, and he kept it dry until you were all across, just as he did at the Red Sea when he dried it up until we had all crossed over.  He did this so all the nations of the earth might know that the LORD’s hand is powerful, and so you might fear the LORD your God forever.”

  1. 1.   All Nations will know that My God is POWERFUL.
  2. 2.   That You Will FEAR the Lord Forever.

In each service we had 12 powerful testimonies shared by couples and individuals who have seen God move greatly in their lives and in their marriages. 1 Peter 2:5 says that we are Living Stones – we all have a great story of what God has done in our lives!

1 Peter 2:5, “And you are living stones that God is building into his spiritual temple. What’s more, you are his holy priests. Through the mediation of Jesus Christ, you offer spiritual sacrifices that please God.”(NLT)
