If you’re in the trenches of ministry, you know there is a lot more to it than just knowing the right things to do. It’s more than writing great sermons, creating a good Children’s curriculum, finding good service projects for youth the participate in, or developing an effective training for small group leaders. Leadership in ministry is much more about how and why we do things than it is what we’re doing.
We know there are a lot of resources designed to help you do the right things in a more effective way. And while that’s important, that’s not why we created Get Real.
The Get Real Network is a leadership series of inspirational teachings and discussions, led by myself and my wife Martha. We gather with the goal of relationally addressing real issues that we as pastors and churches are facing today. We wanted a place for leaders to talk about things like marriage and ministry, leading through change, and failure.
We are honored to welcome our special guest Chad Veach to our next Get Real Exchange on February 19th. Chad and his wife Julia served as Youth Pastors with Judah Smith at The City Church in Seattle, WA for several years. They have recently relocated to Los Angeles to plant a new church called Zoe Church. We are excited to hear Chad’s heart and what he’s learning in this current season of change for he and his family.
If you’d like to join us with Chad on February 19th from 9am-3pm, you can register at www.getrealnetwork.com.
