Happy New Year from Bucksnort!

As we are driving home from being with family in OK we made a pit stop in Bucksnort,TN. (that’s the real name). By the time we get back to Raleigh we will have driven 2500 miles… We’ve spent approx. 48 hours in the car… Lots of family bonding! As we are rolling down the road, Martha and I are praying that you will have a blessed 2007!

I am blessed to have a family that is involved in ministry. My dad is a retired pastor, my sister and her husband are youth ministers, and my brother Craig is pastor of Celebration Church… A church of about 3000 near Kingsport, TN. Here’s a picture of me and my brother Craig.

We missed you this weekend Pastor. Pastor Billy did a tremendous job in your absence. As I reflected back on 06, I thought of all the great things God did at C3. I’m looking forward to the miracles God will do this year. I can’t wait.

We missed you this weekend – but what better place to be than Bucksnort if you can’t be at C3! I am in awe of how you have continued to lead C3 towards the goal God has placed in your heart. The consistent leadership that you and Martha provide is tremendous. When I think back on ’06, I am reminded of all the speakers you were able to bring to this little church in Johnston County. It just further emphasizes how God is using you and C3 for His purposes. I’m looking forward to ’07 to see what God has in store!

Weeks ago, I thought I heard you mention David Crowder coming here (Raleigh) for a conference this June. Did I just imagine that?
