We are just a little over a week away from Fuel, our Next Generation Leadership Conference. This is a one day conference on Saturday, February 16, here at C3. I am so excited about this conference because we have the privilege of having Jim Wideman from Church on the Move in Tulsa, Oklahoma here as our main speaker. As a consultant, author, trainer, and speaker, Jim has over thirty years of ministry experience in the local church.

A few years ago, Matt and I were in Tulsa, Oklahoma and someone suggested we visit Church on the Move. We were so impressed with the church, and blown away by their children’s ministry. They have a great facility, awesome programming, and even run their own camp called Camp Dry Gulch. It’s such an honor to have Jim here to speak to our leaders, and leaders from other churches.

Another one of our speakers is Doug Randlett from Liberty University. Doug was Matt’s professor at Liberty University, and was instrumental in Matt’s life and his call to ministry. He will be here to lead break out sessions for student leaders.

This conference is open to anyone, and you can register online at www.c3church.org/fuel. We have men and women signed up from over 11 churches, as well as many of our C3 volunteers and leaders. So, check out the website and sign up today!

For more information about Fuel, you can visit our website at www.c3church.org/fuel. You can find information about speakers, schedules, and register for the event. While this weekend is geared toward leadership for those in children and student ministry, it is open to everyone.

C3 volunteers, please go here to register.

See you there,

I love Church on the Move! The senior pastor,Willie George used to have a kid’s show called Gospel Bill. He led me to the Lord through that show 22 years ago when I was 4 years old. Now I have the collectors edition of all the Gospel Bill shows on DVD for my kids. As I watch them now I realize how powerful their children’s ministry was and still is today.
