Hey Martha, I just wanted to say thank you for your message at Chick Night on Monday. That very morning in my quiet time, I was praying about my own lack of hope in our personal lives, due to Al’s job situation (he doesn’t have one)and legal issues that have come about due to a job he held for a short time in January (legal bills are close to $20,000). God used your words to encourage me that He sees us during this difficult time and that He is with us. Thanks for sharing the message God gave you! I really appreciate all that You do for the kingdom!

  • Hi Martha-
Im all the way in California so didnt get to make it to this “Chick Night” myself, but it looks like it was a blast. I noticed the comment that Melanie Tiner made earlier and I am so encouraged that you guys are making such an impact on your own congregation. I know that is the point, but being raised in church all my life and around the church culture- its sad to say that doesn’t always happen. I am very glad your friend Melanie could take away with her something extremely practical and useful for “real” issues she goes home to face everyday in this season she and her husband are going through. I appreciate that you and your husband and family are staying relevant as well as advancing in all that God has for you guys. Good work Martha! You go girl!….you too Melanie 🙂

Amazing Night! Truly blessed to be a part of. Martha keeps it real for us mothers, and DeLynn reminded me of how important a woman’s heart is to this world. How we need to keep shining. All those name tags she put on herself are tags I feel everyday, but never realized. Each one of us is truly precious. Martha, seeing you shine at rehearsal while being jet lag ( and looking pretty too!)was an example of striving for excellence, even when we are tired.
Thank you! And the shopping was fun 🙂
