That's right, you heard Matt say FAST. Actually he said 21 Days Daniel Fast starting January 10.
know there are a hundred thoughts that rush through your mind:
21 days seems like a long time
I have never fasted before
What can I eat and what can I NOT eat
I tried it before and didn’t make it 21 days
Is this a diet?
Am I going to be hungry
I don’t eat a lot of fruits and vegetables
Bible tells us there are some things we can only know as we fast and pray,
therefore, I want everybody to try
and everybody to succeed, because I want everybody to know God at a deeper
level and have wisdom and answered prayer that comes as a result of fasting.
I know not everybody is going to do the 21 days and that is ok. But it would be cool to try
something. So myself and a
team a ladies are going to do all we can to support you through this 21 days of
prayer and fasting.
I will have recipes and meal plans and snacks on my blog. As well as words of encouragement and
thoughts and testimonies and answer your questions on my blog.
So what do you need to do today or this week? It’s simple, read.
Read Jenzten Franklin’s book “Fasting” and I encourage you to get
