Amazing Night…Drinking Coffee…and Praying For Miracles

Last night, we gathered together for our First Wednesday service and it’s hard to put into words the excitement and passion in the room. Our worship center was filled to capacity (students on the floor and overflow in the lobby) getting crazy for Jesus. (you can check it out on the podcast here)
As a church family we have been praying and fasting for 21 days…believing God for a miracle at C3 and in your life. I really feel like God is preparing me and C3 for a new season of experiencing HIS power and making an impact for His glory.

One of the amazing experience was drinking coffee last night for the first time in 21 days… It freaked me out after drinking herbal tea for 3 weeks… but I think I will get back in the coffee flow, what do you think?
Let’s be praying for our Miracle Offering Weekend! It’s just two days away. Be praying about what God would have you to give, as we partner together to see God do great things in our community, nation and world.

Here’s a powerful story that I received this morning… thought I would share it with you:

What an amazing service tonight! What an inspiration to see a place jam packed with Christians raising their arms, worshipping and praising Jesus. Tonight’s sermon by Matt and praying by Martha was so heartfelt. And the music was moving! And to see all those people and kids publicly declaring their faith.

Pastor Matt and the rest of you clearly have God working through all of you. You have all made such an impression in my life and my family’s life, and future generations, I can’t thank you enough. I can not imagine what my life would be like without Jesus in it, thank God I do not have to.

Thank you for the ultimate miracle of salvation and my wife recommitting her faith as you are definitely part of it including our baptisms. My father getting saved, having a sense of comfort knowing my mom is in heaven after her passing in April and knowing that one day I will join her and tonight committing to raise our children under the guidance of God.

I will never forget the day I drove into the C3 parking lot and met you and walked inside. It was the beginning of an amazing journey! Keep up the awesome work! I can’t wait for the first First Wednesday in the new building and the day we have 2000 people getting crazy for Jesus! I can already see it….

First Wednesday was incredible. God is doing amazing things in us as a church family. I saw a lot of true hunger for God and as long as we keep Him our focus He’s going to continue to take us to new heights. Thanks for your example and leadership!

The movement in our church at this time is purely super natural. Knowing that whatever we do from directing traffic to greeters to ushers to our children’s ministry. Prayer ministry .Our c3 students Connect groups Discovery Classes so on and so on Pastor Matt your vision for this church is amazing and you never let us forget it’s all to Glorify God. Over 9 years ago you and maybe Martha went into a little neighborhood called Crantock Subdivision. There you met my daughter Gina Hayles and she attended your services, which I think was at the elementary school. Her family moved away but she never forgot how sincere you were. I don’t think you’ll ever know how many lives were changed during this fast nor how many re-dedications were made of how many addictions were arrested or how many people you got praying or how many marriages were restored. These things you may never know but God our Savior does and because of this we shall continue to grow and prosper as a church allowing us to reach the hurting and share your guidance and visions. Thank you I know the last 21 days changed my life In His Grip…….Debra abundance with others. We don’t gust like you Pastor Matt we love you and we need
