3 AWESOME THINGS THAT HAPPENED @ C3 TODAY

Wow what a day as we kicked of the SUPERNATURAL series. I
had a feeling that it was going to be powerful but I have to admit that God did
beyond my expectations.  I am so
thankful for our staff and hundreds of volunteers that made this weekend so
powerful. It really does take a team to experience the dream that God has for
our church and community.  So here
are 3 awesome things that happened today.

1.  Hundreds Respond To
Receive Prayer For God To Do The Supernatural
– At the end of each service I
asked those that wanted God to work in their life in a supernatural way to come
forward for prayer.  Wow, what an
amazing sight as hundreds of people came forward.  In fact most people couldn’t come to the front because the aisles
were packed with people responding. I was overwhelmed with emotion as I prayed
for each person believing God for a miracle in their life. Many prayed to
receive Christ as their Savior. Imagine what God could do when all of us
demonstrate audacious faith and live the supernatural life that comes from God!
Let me encourage you to bring your friends next week as we continue this
series.  Who knows? God might do a
miracle in their life!Prayer
2.  Praying For The New
24/7 Interns -
What an honor to lay hands on and pray for our 24/7 Intern
Directors, Lee and Katie Chatham and the new C3 Interns.  All four of them have committed the next
10 months of their lives to serve, learn, grow and to make a difference. 24/7
internship
is a 3 year program and is the first phase of the C3 Leadership
Training Center that will eventually provide training for those in high school
to unlimited age.  I want to thank
our Kingdom Builders for your sacrifice and prayers so that this dream could
come true!

3.  Our Family Is
Growing! -
No.  Martha
isn’t pregnant! I’m referring to our church family… of course.  Once a month we have a Discovery 101
class for those who want to know more about our church and how they can get
involved.  We tried something
different today and provided it immediately after each service. I had the
privilege of getting to know so many new families that have moved to our area
and many who are from the Raleigh/Clayton area.  Those from outside the area are from Ohio, California, DC,
Florida, NJ, New York and Cape Cod.
There were approximately 70 adults that attended Discovery 101 today and
I am so fired up to see all that God is going to do in their lives.  Remember the church isn’t a building or
programs.. WE ARE THE CHURCH! And God wants to use us to live on mission and
make a difference in our world for Him. I love you guys and I’m pumped to take
this journey with you!
