Today’s reading in the 21-Day Challenge is Luke 13-24
Luke 15:6-7(NIV), “…and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me: I have found my lost sheep. I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.”
In reading the second half of the gospel of Luke, you will read now familiar stories and ones that are new to you. As you continue to see Jesus for who He is and what He has done, spend some time in prayer thanking Him for all of that. He IS the great healer…our protector, our defender, our freedom, our salvation and our source for everything we need.
Today, as I read more of your word, I pray you would remind me of your works in my life. Lord, give me a thankful heart…thankful in all things and all circumstances. I praise you for who you are and what you’ve done. In Jesus’ name…Amen!
